Rasveon has four plans. Prices adapt automatically to your region — you'll see RM in Malaysia, S$ in Singapore, and US$ everywhere else.

How regional pricing works

When you first visit the pricing page, Rasveon detects your country from your IP address and shows prices in the appropriate currency:

• Malaysia — Ringgit (RM)
• Singapore — Singapore Dollar (S$)
• Everywhere else — US Dollar (US$)

You can override the currency using the dropdown before you pay. Once you pay for the first time, the currency is locked — future billing is in the same currency.

Trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of Professional. No credit card required to start. Trial features are fully unlocked so you can try everything before choosing a plan.

Near the end of the trial (5 days remaining and again on the last day), you'll see a banner prompting you to subscribe. If the trial ends without a plan, the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data isn't deleted.

Upgrading, downgrading, and changing plans

Only the account owner can change the plan.

• Upgrade — takes effect immediately. Prorated charge for the rest of the billing period.
• Downgrade — takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., more than 10 users when downgrading to Professional), you'll be asked to reduce usage first.
• Cancel — the workspace stays active until the end of the paid period, then goes to read-only.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Rasveon does not see or store your card number.

We support:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Local payment methods in supported currencies (FPX for MYR, GrabPay for SGD)
• Bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts (invoice-based)

Invoices are emailed automatically and available under Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Money-back

If you upgrade to a paid plan and cancel within 14 days, we refund the full amount. No questions, though we'd love to hear why so we can improve.
