How things connectβ
Here's the mental model that makes the rest of the product make sense:
Lead ββconvertβββΆ Customer
β
βββ Contacts (the people you deal with)
βββ Opportunities (deals in progress)
βββ Activities (calls, emails, meetings)
βββ Notes (anything you want to remember)
- A Lead is someone who might buy from you. You qualify them, then convert.
- A Customer is a company (or occasionally an individual) you've already done business with.
- Contacts are the actual humans at that customer β the buyer, the technician, the accountant.
- Opportunities (also called "deals") are specific sales in progress with a customer.
- Activities and Notes hang off any of the above.
The AI assistantβ
There's a floating amber button on every page β that's the AI. You can also press Ctrl + Space to open the full command centre.
You can talk to it in plain English, Bahasa Melayu, or Chinese. Some things it can do:
- "Create a lead β Ahmad from Puteri Locksmiths, ahmad@puteri.my"
- "Move the Menara deal to Quote Sent"
- "What are my overdue tasks?"
- "Draft a follow-up email for the Sunway job"
See AI Assistant for the full list of things it can do.
