Mobile App

The Rasveon mobile app is designed for the field. It's the same data as the web app, real-time β€” but the interface prioritises what you actually do between the office and the customer site.

Downloading

  • iOS β€” search "Rasveon CRM" on the App Store
  • Android β€” search "Rasveon CRM" on Google Play

The mobile app is available on all plans, including trial. You sign in with the same credentials as the web app.

What you can do on mobile

Everything you can do on the web, with these being especially useful on the go:

  • Voice control β€” see Voice Control
  • Photo capture β€” attach photos to a lead, customer, deal, or activity directly from the camera
  • Call and email β€” tap a lead's phone number to dial; email to compose
  • Location tag β€” auto-attach your current location to a site visit activity (optional; asks permission first)
  • Push notifications β€” task reminders, new lead assignments, deal updates
  • Barcode scanning β€” for equipment inventory (Business plan+)

The layout

The mobile app uses bottom tabs for the five main areas:

  • Home β€” today at a glance
  • Leads β€” full leads list, searchable
  • Deals β€” pipeline (vertical scroll instead of side-by-side columns)
  • Tasks β€” your task list, sorted by urgency
  • Menu β€” everything else (Customers, Contacts, Activities, Reports, Settings)

The AI assistant floats over everything as a persistent amber button, exactly like on the web.

Dark mode

The mobile app supports Light, Dark, and Auto modes just like the web. Auto follows your phone's system setting.

Change under Menu β†’ Settings β†’ Appearance.

Push notifications

Set up during first launch. If you skip, you can enable later in Menu β†’ Settings β†’ Notifications.

You'll get notifications for:

  • Task reminders (at the reminder time you set)
  • Tasks becoming overdue
  • New leads assigned to you
  • Deals you own moving stage
  • @mentions in notes

Fine-tune which of these you want in Notifications β†’ Preferences.

Working offline

The mobile app has a limited offline mode:

  • You can view any record you've opened recently β€” it's cached locally
  • You can create leads, tasks, activities, and notes while offline
  • Changes queue and sync automatically the next time you have signal

You'll see an "Offline" indicator in the header while there's no connection. Queued changes show a small clock icon. Once you're back online, they sync in the background and the icons clear.

Offline creation limits

Offline records get local IDs until they sync. If you refer to a just-created lead in another offline action (say, log a call against it), the reference resolves correctly once sync completes. But you cannot edit a lead someone else on your team is also editing while offline β€” the app will surface a conflict when you come back online.

Battery and data usage

  • Voice control with neural voice uses about 50 KB per response β€” negligible on Wi-Fi, small on cellular
  • Sync runs on Wi-Fi automatically; on cellular only when you have the app open
  • Background push notifications don't cost meaningful battery β€” same as any modern chat app

Photo attachments

Tap the camera icon on any record. You can:

  • Take a photo β€” attaches to the current record
  • Pick from gallery
  • Add a caption before uploading

Photos upload in the background even if you close the app. They appear on the web at the same time β€” great for showing the office what you're looking at on-site.

Signing out

Menu β†’ Settings β†’ Sign out. This clears the local cache. You'll need internet to sign back in.

If you lose the phone, an admin can force-sign-you-out remotely from Settings β†’ Users β†’ [your name] β†’ Force sign out on all devices.

Difference from the web

For consistency, most things work identically. A few things are mobile-only or web-only:

Mobile only:

  • Photo capture from camera
  • Location tagging
  • Barcode scanning
  • Push notifications

Web only:

  • Bulk actions on tables (select many rows)
  • Advanced reports and dashboard editing
  • User and role management (admin functions)
  • Workspace settings that affect billing

Everything else β€” leads, deals, tasks, activities, AI β€” works on both.
