How things connect

Here's the mental model that makes the rest of the product make sense:

Lead ──convert──▶ Customer

├── Contacts (the people you deal with)
├── Opportunities (deals in progress)
├── Activities (calls, emails, meetings)
└── Notes (anything you want to remember)
  • A Lead is someone who might buy from you. You qualify them, then convert.
  • A Customer is a company (or occasionally an individual) you've already done business with.
  • Contacts are the actual humans at that customer — the buyer, the technician, the accountant.
  • Opportunities (also called "deals") are specific sales in progress with a customer.
  • Activities and Notes hang off any of the above.

The AI assistant

There's a floating amber button on every page — that's the AI. You can also press Ctrl + Space to open the full command centre.

You can talk to it in plain English, Bahasa Melayu, or Chinese. Some things it can do:

  • "Create a lead — Ahmad from Puteri Locksmiths, ahmad@puteri.my"
  • "Move the Menara deal to Quote Sent"
  • "What are my overdue tasks?"
  • "Draft a follow-up email for the Sunway job"

See AI Assistant for the full list of things it can do.
